Dr. Rachel DuPaul, Ph.D., L.P.

Hey there! I’m Dr. Rachel. As a therapist, I’m told I’m a bad influence.

You may be wondering why in the world you would want to work with me then…

Because after we’re done, you will be motivated to make the courageous choice, whatever that means for you at your crossroads. That choice, perhaps riskier, or more taboo, or less run-of-the-mill, is likely the choice you want to make when you’re being honest with yourself.  But social pressures, traditional views, or financial concerns may leave you feeling stuck.

I’m here to tell you that a different way of life is not out of reach. Ready to embrace it?

Change by psychologist hopkins

When working with me, you can expect to be:

  • supported, because I know change is hard and scary. It doesn’t happen overnight

  • challenged, but in a helpful way. We will look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are or are not serving you

  • applauded for each and every small win you make toward living the life you want

Together, we will look at your current stressors, strengths, and goals. We will determine where you want to go or who you want to be, and develop a plan on how to make that a reality. This journey is unique to every individual, but I can assure you that you will get the best of me each and every session.

You will have a space to vent with me, but our work will not stop there. You will be pushed to grow and evolve, taking your life path into your own hands.

By the time we are through, you will no longer just be “surviving”, but you will be “thriving”. Positive growth and personal fulfillment are right around the corner for you.
